Return and Withdrawal Policy

At OKTIME, we care about your full satisfaction with your purchases. Below you will find the terms for returning goods (withdrawal from the contract), in accordance with our store’s terms and conditions.

1. Deadline for reporting a return

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the shipment.

  • Required notification: To meet this deadline, please send notice of withdrawal from the contract to the email address: info@oktime.eu before the expiry of 14 days.

2. Deadline for sending back the goods

After informing us of your wish to return, you have an additional 12 days to physically send the product to our warehouse.

3. Return address

All returns (floor hatches, inspection hatches) should be sent to:

4. Costs and logistics

  • Return cost: The direct costs of returning the goods (shipping to us) are borne by the Customer.
  • Delivery time: We remind you that standard delivery of OKTIME products typically takes 5-8 business days.
  • Cash on delivery shipments: The store does not accept return shipments sent cash on delivery.

5. Condition of the product

The returned product must not have been installed or used. Please ensure the goods are properly secured for transport to avoid mechanical damage (especially for hatches with DACO Germany gas struts).

6. Refund

The refund will be made after the seller receives the returned item. Bank processing usually takes 3-5 business days
