The construction based on a 40×20 mm steel profile and moisture-resistant Fermacell board, combined with **DACO Germany** gas struts, guarantees smooth and safe opening plus high airtightness of the entire unit.

The floor hatch is installed before laying the final floor covering – ceramic tiles, gres, vinyl, laminate or parquet. As a result, the lid blends into the interior and remains practically invisible while retaining full functionality. The perimeter rubber seal and anti-corrosion coating ensure durability and reliability even under intensive use.
