Below you will find the terms for returning goods (withdrawal from the contract), in accordance with our store&#8217;s terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Deadline for reporting a return<\/h3>\n<p>You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the shipment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Required notification:<\/strong> To meet this deadline, please send notice of withdrawal from the contract to the email address: <a href=\"mailto:info@oktime.eu\"><strong>info@oktime.eu<\/strong><\/a> before the expiry of 14 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>2. Deadline for sending back the goods<\/h3>\n<p>After informing us of your wish to return, you have an additional <strong>12 days<\/strong> to physically send the product to our warehouse.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Costs and logistics<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Return cost:<\/strong> The direct costs of returning the goods (shipping to us) are <strong>borne by the Customer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delivery time:<\/strong> We remind you that standard delivery of OKTIME products typically takes 5-8 business days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cash on delivery shipments:<\/strong> The store does not accept return shipments sent cash on delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>5. Condition of the product<\/h3>\n<p>The returned product must not have been installed or used. Please ensure the goods are properly secured for transport to avoid mechanical damage (especially for hatches with DACO Germany gas struts).<\/p>\n<h3>6. Refund<\/h3>\n<p>The refund will be made after the seller receives the returned item.
