The manhole cover consists of a 40mm x 20mm metal profile with a thickness of 1.5mm and a moisture-resistant gypsum fiber board Fermacell.

Rubber gasket – installed around the entire perimeter of the manhole cover.

Lock mounting – secures the cover to the frame.

Gas dampers – facilitate easy opening of the manhole.

Anti-corrosion coating.

The technology used in the production of floor inspection manholes ensures their durability and resistance to corrosion. This guarantees the safety of underground utilities and ensures safe operation.

The manhole provides access to underground utilities located beneath the floor level.

The floor inspection manhole is installed before the final flooring finish. It is attached to the floor base and covered from above. The concealed floor manhole cover allows for the application of all types of existing floor finishing materials, such as tiles, laminate, parquet, gres, and other coatings.
