The hatch cover consists of a 40mm x 20mm metal profile with a thickness of 1.5mm and a moisture-resistant gypsum fiberboard Fermacell.

Rubber seal – around the entire perimeter of the hatch cover.

Lock mounting – secures the hatch cover to the frame.

Gas struts – facilitate the opening of the hatch.

Anti-corrosion coating.

The manufacturing technology of floor inspection hatches ensures their durability and resistance to corrosion. This guarantees the safety of underground utilities and their reliable operation.

The hatch provides access to underground utilities located below the floor level.

The floor inspection hatch is installed before the primary floor finishing. It is fixed to the floor base and covered with a top lid. The invisible floor hatch cover allows the attachment of all types of existing floor finishing materials – tiles, laminate, parquet, stoneware, and other coatings.
