The hatch cover consists of a 40 mm × 20 mm metal profile with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a moisture-resistant Fermacell gypsum fiberboard.

A rubber gasket is installed along the entire perimeter of the hatch cover.

The hatch cover lock is securely mounted to the frame.

Gas struts facilitate easy hatch opening.

Anti-corrosion coating ensures durability.

The hatch provides access to underground utilities beneath the floor level.

The floor inspection hatch is installed before the final floor finish. It is fixed to the floor base and covered from above. The concealed hatch cover allows for the installation of various finishing materials, such as tiles, laminate, parquet, or stoneware.
